CONCIERGE

Barts Square operates a 24 hour concierge service to address all residents’ queries, questions and requests. Located on the ground floor of Hogarth House the team are always on hand to provide a warm welcome home.

CINEMA ROOM

Below the concierge in Hogarth House, the residents’ private cinema room offers the place to watch the latest blockbuster, re-watch an Indie classic or have everyone round for the match. Residents can book the room for private events via the online residents portal.

GARDENS

Barts Square boasts two secluded residents' gardens; the Middlesex Passage gardens accessed through the residents' lounge and a secluded courtyard tucked between Abernethy House and the Askew Building. Each is organically landscaped for lasting tranquillity.

LOUNGE

The residents' lounge is an extension of your home. A cosy and comfortable spot with beautiful views over the gardens; this is the perfect place to read the papers, catch up on a few emails or meet a neighbour for coffee and a chat.

Bar

Adjacent to the screening room, Barts Square's beautifully designed bar is a great place to book for a party or to have a quiet drink with a friend. It is your very own exclusive (BYOB) member's club on your doorstep.
